RETURNS

Our policy allows you to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving the item, hassle-free and at no cost to you. However, please note that we do not accept returns on final sale items.

CANCELLATION

Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel it.

LOST/DAMAGED ITEMS

In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged/faulty, please let us know immediately. We will promptly send you a replacement at no cost.

RESTOCKING FEE

We want to make your return experience as easy as possible. Therefore, there is no restocking fee when you return an item.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at craftswp@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. After approval, ship the item back to us with a courier of your choice. The return shipping is provided at no cost to you.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund. You can expect your funds to be credited within 3-15 business days.
